Perinatal Hospice: A Good Outcome for Families

Perinatal Hospice Author, Amy Kuebelbeck, and “Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep” Executive Director, Gina Harris, will speak at a free presentation titled, “Perinatal Hospice: A Good Outcome for Families.”
The presentation is Thursday, November 15 from 1:00-4:30 p.m. at the Allen County Public Library, Meeting Room A, 900 Library Plaza, Fort Wayne.
Cross Connections, Inc., in collaboration with Three Rivers Education Trust Fund, is sponsoring the presentation for health care providers, counselors, clergy and all other interested parties.
Free CEUs are available for licensed practitioners. The Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board has approved this organization to provide Category I Continuing Education for LSW, LCSW, LMHC, and LMFT. However, licensees must judge the program's relevance to their professional practice.
