Care Improvement Plus invites Marion-area seniors and caregivers to Healthier Choices for a Healthier You. Hosted by the Marion County Library and Care Improvement Plus, this event will focus on the impact healthy lifestyle choices have in preventing many leading causes of illness and death. Attendees will hear a presentation on heart healthy eating and the positive impact it can have on one’s health. In addition, they will learn about some of the resources available that can help them stay healthy and independent. Coffee and snacks will be provided.
